Our team will arrive 1 hour before the photo shoot. Once finished, we’ll edit your photos according to your style and send them to you within 1-3 weeks.

We have taken pictures all over Canada; hotels, legion halls, small town rinks, etc. We can accommodate any event.
Without a doubt we’ll provide the direction needed to capture the perfect images! It isn’t always enough to be “just candid”. Some people love taking photos, while others don’t. We want to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. In addition, our photographers are experienced at making everyone feel welcomed.
Although we mostly use natural light, there are times when lighting can help us achieve the perfect look.
We will send the pictures via WeTransfer or Google Drive. Alternatively, if you want a wedding album we can provide that too.
We believe that natural lighting is usually the best option, but there are some exceptions. For example, when the sun goes down, we sometimes use flash photography to get amazing shots of the dance floor.
At no extra cost, another photographer will be present at every event. This backup Vancouver photographer will take pictures on behalf of the original Vancouver photographer and be kept in the loop at all times. For more detailed information, please read our FAQ page.
A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to secure our Vancouver photography services. However, if you cancel 90 days or more before the photo shoot, the deposit is refundable. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the photo shoot. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, PayPal and Interac e-transfers as payment methods.
Yes of course. We always send out an online planning form to each client where we cover every detail about your photo shoot. Let us know about any special requests you have and we’ll make sure to accommodate them!
