We’ll listen to your needs and create a tailored experience for you. Throughout the planning process, we’ll be working alongside you every step of the way.

03 Photo Shoot

Our team will arrive 1 hour before the photo shoot. Once finished, we’ll edit your photos according to your style and send them to you within 1-3 weeks.

Who will be the Photographer at our event?

Photo Kings has over 15 highly qualified photographers across Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver that can take all types of pictures at all types of functions. Please refer to our photographers listed on our team page. The photographer for your event will be chosen based on your preferences and our availabilities. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting the photographer that you want.

Have you taken pictures at our venue before?

We have taken pictures all over Canada; hotels, legion halls, small town rinks, etc. We can accommodate any event.

Do you give any direction, or is it all just candid?

Without a doubt we’ll provide the direction needed to capture the perfect images! It isn’t always enough to be “just candid”. Some people love taking photos, while others don’t. We want to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. In addition, our photographers are experienced at making everyone feel welcomed.

Do you use any flash or lighting?

Although we mostly use natural light, there are times when lighting can help us achieve the perfect look.

What if our main photographer can’t make it?

Another photographer is placed on every event at no extra cost. They will take over the event and take pictures on behalf of the original photographer. We’ll also send a back up photographer who will be kept in the loop at all times and will understand the intricacies of your event.

How much of a deposit is required to secure our date?

Photo Kings requires a 50% deposit with a signed agreement to secure our services on your date.

What is your refund policy?

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 3 months in prior to your photo shoot. If the event is cancelled less than 90 days before your photo shoot, the deposit is non-refundable.

Will the photographer take the photos I want?

Yes of course. We always send out an online planning form to each client where we cover every detail about your photo shoot. Let us know about any special requests you have and we’ll make sure to accommodate them!
