We offer several packages ranging from basic coverage to all-inclusive options. Prices vary based on hours of coverage, number of photographers, and additional services like engagement shoots. We customize each package exactly to your needs so that you’re only paying for things you actually want. Our team specialize in all different types of styles. We tailor our approach to match your vision. We do this through our unique planning approach, where we allow you to select your favourite photos, editing style and team members through our custom software – then we bring that vision to life.

Absolutely, we welcome your input and will work with you to ensure we capture the key moments and shots that are important to you. Throughout our planning process, we use our custom in-house software to create a deep understanding of your photo and editing preferences, so that we can create the perfect product, just the way you imagined it.

Photo Kings has many highly qualified photographers that can take all types of pictures at all types of functions. Please refer to our photographers listed on our team page. The photographer for your event will be chosen based on your preferences and our availabilities. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting the photographer that you want.

Yes we do. We require a signed contract and 50% deposit to hold the date, the services and our staff.

A back up photographer is placed on every event at no extra cost. They will take over on behalf of the main photographer. All back up photographers are kept in the loop and understand the intricacies of your event.

To book your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Payment happens in 2 instalments, both 50% of the total value. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding day. Your deposit is fully refundable up until 3 months prior to your event date.

Typically, it takes between 4-6 weeks to deliver the final edited images. We also provide a sneak peek of a few images within a few days of the wedding. We’ll send your photos to you digitally, through our online gallery – where you’ll always have access to view and download your images.
